In the main area of this air-conditioned apartment you have the lounge area which is equipped with two double settees one of which is a sofa bed, TV with UK channels and including a DVD player, CD/radio player, coffee table. T
he dining area has a table and 4 chairs. Quality furniture is used throughout. The patio doors lead on to the large raised terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, and overlooks the lawned garden.
The patio area has built-in down lighters to provide ambient lighting for your evening drinks when the sun has gone down.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. It also offers a coffee maker and juicer along with a tea pot (not always available in Spain). All utensils and crockery and cutlery, for up to six people, are on hand as you would expect. The back door leads out to a small interior patio, ideal as a drying area in the summer.

The apartment is on the ground floor but there are three steps to the front door and four from the patio to the lawn which may prove difficult for wheelchair users.
All house linen provided, please bring your own beach towels. The apartment is strictly no smoking inside.
Outside:
From the dining area you have patio doors leading to a shady terrace with a table and chairs and steps down to a the lawned garden equipped with sun loungers. The beautiful Communal Pool and lawned garden is a one minute walk just around the corner from the apartment.
